Congresswoman Capito believes the United States—and especially West Virginia—is blessed to have abundant natural resources including coal, natural gas and oil. But this becomes irrelevant if the Administration continues to hold these resources hostage. 

Dubbed ”Queen Coal” by the National Journal, Congresswoman Capito has fought hard for an “All of the Above” energy plan that includes renewableslike wind and solar, hydropower, natural gas, oil, as well as our nation’s cheapest, most abundant resource—coal.  Unfortunately, fossil fuels have been under attack by the Obama Administration which is using burdensome regulations to shut-down this industry.
